I reached out thinking this would be a straightforward problem to sort out, but it ended up going nowhere. The replies were slow, and it felt like we kept going in circles without anyone actually fixing anything. I expected better support, so it’s been frustrating to still be stuck with the same issue

They sent me the wrong items, which was frustrating because I was really looking forward to getting what I actually ordered. At the same time, the package arrived fairly quickly, so I guess that part was fine. Still, fast shipping doesn’t help much when the stuff inside isn’t right.

I kept trying to make my payment, but it just wouldn’t go through no matter what I did. Everything else seemed fine, so that part was weird. It ended up being frustrating because I had to keep retrying instead of just finishing my order.

I used to think Neptune Seed Bank was better than this, but my last order left me disappointed. I had an issue and figured the replacement process would be straightforward, but it felt like I was out of luck almost immediately. There were too many little conditions, and I didn’t feel like I was getting much help. I understand shops need policies, but this one felt unfair from the customer side. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the replacement process clearer and a lot less strict.

I ordered this weeks ago and the tracking still only says the label was created?? I reached out to support, but they just keep telling me to wait. At this point, it feels like I wasted my money.

I planted these only a few actually sprouted. Not saying it’s a scam, but it felt disappointing for what I paid. I was expecting way better results...

I was trying to find a few things and had a hard time with it. The filters seemed to lag a bit, or maybe it was just my phone, not sure. Checkout also got confusing on mobile, so it took longer than I expected.

I’m still waiting on my delivery, i haven’t gotten any updates at all. It just never showed up.

I ordered a pack from Neptune Seed Bank and I’ll give them this: everything looked nice enough when it arrived, so at least they’ve got the presentation part figured out. Unfortunately, the actual germination was really poor for me. I used the same method I always use, same setup and temps, and only 1 seed out of the whole order popped.
I reached out by email hoping for some help, but the response didn’t really get me anywhere. Maybe I just ended up with a bad batch, but for the price, I expected a lot better than one lonely seed making an appearance. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.
